The Skin Rejuvenation application is indicated for treatment of prematurely aged skin resulting in fine lines and wrinkles. This can be caused by over exposure to UV light, illness, excessive smoking, poor diet or hormonal changes. Imperfections such as erythema of rosacea, abnormal dilation of capillary vessels, freckles and age spots can be treated quickly, gently and effectively using AFT. Fine lines and wrinkles will also effectively improve contributing to a more youthful looking complexion.

An intense pulse of light (IPL) passes safely through the top layer of the skin, the dermal heating caused by this treatment creates a wound-healing effect. Collagen immediately begins remodelling itself, therefore aiding in the repair of lines and wrinkles. The targeted chromophore such as spider veins and brown spots (pigmented lesions) are also effectively treated within this treatment.

A course of treatments is recommended depending on the clients concerns and expectations and it is recommended that clients will have to attend 3-4 weekly intervals for optimum results. Full effects will be seen 8-10 weeks after treatment and results can last 6-12 months. 2-3 days following your treatment the skin will feel firmer and tighter.
